Stay active, build strength, and improve confidence in a supportive community environment. This specialized class is designed for individuals living with Parkinson's disease and focuses on exercises that help improve balance, coordination, mobility, posture, strength, and everyday function.
Each class incorporates functional movements, cognitive challenges, coordination drills, and strength-building exercises to help participants maintain independence and quality of life. Activities are adapted to meet a variety of abilities, with both seated and standing options available.
Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been living with Parkinson's for years, this class provides a safe, encouraging place to move, connect, and challenge your body and mind.
All fitness levels welcome. Caregivers are encouraged to attend and participate if desired.
